What We Do

We have over 22+ years experience in performing appraisals and reviews for FHA (Federal Housing Administration), Direct Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Divorce Attorney's, Date of Death Valuations, Probate Court, Legal Estate Planning, City and County building and planning departments, Insurance loss (Lead appraisers for the Northridge earthquake and Laguna Beach fire disasters), Professional witness in US District Court.

Our experience includes performing and reviewing appraisal reports for SFR's (Single Family Residences), Condos, Mobile / Manufactured home's, High End Custom built homes, PUD's, Land, REO's, Rental Survey, New Construction, New Subdivisions, Lot Split's and Small Income Producing multi-unit properties up to 4 units.

We are current members of the of the Southern California Multiple Listing Service. This gives us access to multiple listing services (MLS) throughout our coverage areas and beyond.
